Rice Chamberlains Estate Agents is a family owned business with its roots reaching as far back as 1964. Fifty years later we have consolidated our long established brands of Rice Estates in Bournville; Chamberlains Estates Agents of Moseley and Harborne and John Chivers of West Heath and Kings Norton in order to provide our clients with the benefit of one ethos and brand, namely Rice Chamberlains.

The Company is led by Estate Agent Director James Llewellyn and Operations Director, Gareth Fatchett. Both directors live locally and understand what it means to buy, sell, let and live in South Birmingham.
