Hi I’m James and I’m the Managing Partner at Rice Chamberlains and in charge of the day to day running of the Sales and Lettings side of the business. I have been with the company since leaving University, that's nearly 20 years now! I am based full time in our Bournville office having lived in the area all of that time. My passion is in the front end sales side and I still predominately spend my time on the sales side of the business. Taking clients from initial valuation, marketing and all the way through to completion. I still now love what I do. Ultimately I am in charge of the business and its standards. Being a local independent business I am aware that your reputation is everything. Which is why I will always strive to do things in the right way with honesty and integrity.
